Dropped 1.4 pounds after an IIFYM day of 2770 calories. Giving it another try today. The rest of the numbers reflect a waking reading on Tanita (higher body fat, lower body water and muscle mass, and higher metabolic age due to the overnight dehydration). I'll take the weight number and drop the rest ; ).

12/29/13 Tanita numbers (waking, after 16 hour fast):

102.7 kg Lost so far: 44.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.4 kg a Week

You lost... who cares how it happened! Woo Hoo! I would happily take that metabolic age. I dread seeing what mine says when I get my Tanita scale. Ha Ha! So when are we supposed to weigh? My 8 hour eating window is: 12 noon - 8pm.

Thanks, all! Well, it's POST holiday eating. Already have had six eggs today. Let's see how this deal goes. The Tanita says that you should weigh before dinner, after all the fluid leaves your core and spreads out through your body. The waking reading shows abnormal readings due to overnight dehydration and settling of body fluid in the core. So the overall weight is correct, but the other readings are not. I weigh twice a day when I can so that I can track both the weight and the other readings. Have a super Sunday!
