A nice surprise 211.5 weigh in this morning despite eating 1900 calories yesterday. Most of that was front loaded at brunch and I had some turkey chili later. Still right at 1500 calories per day on average this month. With my son visiting, too busy having fun to work out this weekend but will sneak in a few sessions this week.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 51.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Isabel! Will do! Had to go back and add a Bloody Mary to yesterday's total but the weight didn't change!
