OK, 455 calorie workout after my daily fast and lost .6 pounds to get to 212.9. Son gets home from Japan in an hour... going to be a challenge to cool it while we are sharing holiday treats and meals. But on track this month so far!
96.6 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, BHA! Survived day one! Jason got in at 2:30 and we went to Red Robin for a burger. Had a Royal Red Robin burger and some broccoli (with water). How bad could it be? How about 1191 calories for the burger! What? Oh well, ate a cucumber and some oyster crackers later. Got a brunch tomorrow and then will cool it for the rest of the day.

Enjoy that your son is there. Enjoy the festivities, but remain in control within reason. You know what to do.

Will do! My wife sings with a choral group. Attended their performance last night. After each concert, there is a huge spread laid out with all sorts of food and desserts. Since I had my indulgence day mid week (and after the hamburger yesterday), I walked out without touching any of it. Today, we just did a nice Sunday brunch at the 1744-era place we went last week, but that will be the major meal of the day.
