Very nice! I liked and subscribed! And, I don't have much but Eagles on my channel. I used to Moderate for Eagle cams. I think there is one on there on the weight loss journey. Perhaps, I'll have to post some weight content, too. And congrats on lifting your own body weight! Holy cow! That is no small achievement, D! That's actually huge! One day man, one day. Imma get there :-)

30 reps??? DAM!!! I was lucky to bench my weight once....When I weighed 150. Sheesh!!! I reckon' that's NOT your max?! Good show!

That's my new goal now. Geez. I can get 8 reps but I'm only 155. Beast mode for sure. Your always inspiring and driving me man. And your wife too. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Hebrews! I plan to improve on this as I drop weight. My best was bodyweight lift was 185x35 when I weighed 185 late 2019, I think. Then I did too much cardio and cut my strength down by a lot. 8 is great, especially at your body fat percentage. 👊🏼

The trick is no full lockout and speed. Watch combine videos. Focusing on bodyweight for reps goal will keep me from being bummed about losing overall strength as I size down.

Thanks, Mermee! I just uploaded two more. 290x14 and 340x6. Those were at a slight decline though which makes them a little easier.
