Yahoo! Hit the 200s with a 209.1 weigh in after a fasting day. Last day at work this week so worked right until the last minute and didn't get a chance to work out. Will do tomorrow. I keep waiting to hit the plateau, but so far so good...

OMG Bill, I could so go off you. Jealous, jealous, jealous. But then you are doing the work and I am not. Enjoy your time off work, which explains why you aren't on yet. I am so freakin happy for you. Enjoy your holiday this week-end but try not to blow it too much, you have worked so hard for this 209.

Thanks, Isabel! A little more this morning. Will do a fasting day today and then jump into the week. Will not go crazy on any day other than Thanksgiving Day perhaps. Will do a piece or two of pie if there are different types, but will have reasonable sizes of all the other things. I will use it as my KingKeld 'Indulgence' day for the week. Have a great week. I will be checking in several times a day as usual.
