Had my grandsons and my birthdays with family dinners, cake and ice cream. Glad I didn't gain weight! More birthdays upcoming, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just trying not to gain too much weight that I will have to struggle to lose.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 31.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Also had Halloween with a big dinner. Gave out candy. Love those peanut butter cups and mini chocolate candy bars. They love me back and never leave my hips.
