This 214.0 weigh in actually from pre-dinner on November 16. Had breakfast and then went to dentist at 1:30 pm for a routine cleaning. Dentist found a hidden cavity in my back tooth that was really bad, hidden for some time. Then when he went to fill it, he found that I needed a root canal. After three hours in the chair, the root canal did not take and the tooth will have to be extracted. So no lunch and down to 214 flat! Then went to the party and had some goodies and some drinks. Will get back on the low cal wagon tomorrow to try to get rid of it before my next mandatory weigh in on November 20.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 50.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Not sure if you are working from home today or just having login with ipad issues this Monday morning. I tried to log in on Friday with my hubby's ipad and it just wouldn't. I tried to contact them from said ipad and I couldn't. I know you have contacted them so it's all good. Hoping for a good weigh in for you today. 214 is fab - yahoo :) xxx

Thanks, Isabel. Day off every other Monday. Been entering things via iPad. I have to stay away from my computer or I can't get my chores done! Doing OK on eating today. Did OK yesterday. Thought I was under 1000 calories but I underestimated some K cups I had last night. Turns out they were 80 a piece and I had four! Oh well. Live and learn. Tooth feels OK and on we go. Probably won't get that worked on until after Thanksgiving. Average calories about 1560 per day as of now. Want to get that down to 1300-1400 as I head into Thanksgiving week. Yes, I have told FS guys about the iPad thing and they said they would look into it. Have good one! bp

Hi Rob. Thanks. I picked up the best one I found at my local CVS... compared all the labels and chose Six Star Pro Nutrition Whey Protein Plus Elite Series - Triple Chocolate. Tastes great and I get 30 grams of protein per scoop. Makes a super shake with two cups of Almond Milk and I tried putting a half scoop into some vanilla Greek yogurt last night and that worked out great. Will try a full scoop with a yogurt later. Will be a supercharged 'chocolate pudding.' Things are moving along. Hoping for 212 this week.
