Down to 215.7. Lost another .1 after overnight after a fast day and 365 calorie workout. Will eat a little more today, including a party tonight. Back to low cal tomorrow for another week before Thanksgiving.

Yikes re the dentiest. Nightmare scenario. Great on the weight though. Wonder what it will be today and hope you aren't in pain :)

Hi! Funny, it followed nearly exactly my little formula devised last weekend. A pound for every 270 or so calories over the amount I burned. So I ate about 3600 and used about 2400... ended up at 218.1 this morning. Will go low cal for the rest of the week as I did last week. Should get to a new low before the Thanksgiving week.
