Another fast day leads to a .1 loss to 219.8. Got sort of low-blood sugary this afternoon, so ate a protein bar. Just did a fresh turnip, cuke, and tomato juice for dinner. No workout tonight as I only slept four hours last night and pretty low energy due to the fasting.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 47.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hey Bill, so glad you are listening to your body and eating when you feel the need. You are hitting this pretty hard to make up for lost time so please continue to monitor yourself and do what you are doing. It's important to lose weight yes but more important to arrive there in a healthy state. You know what you're doing, I know. Keep on trucking :)

Thanks, Is! Yes, I really felt the low blood sugar yesterday late afternoon. Got in a really pissy mood! Did better after eating. I need to try to sleep more, too. Will catch up a bit on Saturday morning.
