Another fast day and another 435 calorie workout resulted in a 221.2 weigh in. Will either juice some turnips or do a protein shake for dinner.

You are on a roll, cheering for you. It sucks that you can't reply from your ipad though. Did you send in a note to the FS guru's that designed the new image? I'm still not sure I like it.

Hi. Yes, I sent them a note, which they acknowledged. I do this IT stuff for a living so I'm constantly sending in feature reqeusts and minor bug reports. Three over the past day. Hope they get it fixed up. Didn't try to do it from my ipad today as I was busy with another task on the way in to work. Have a good one!
