Huge Friday dinner followed by huge eating on Saturday and Sunday. Of course, blew up by more than 13 pounds. Really amazing. Will begin fasting on Tuesday and will continue that for the week until a party on Saturday.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 44.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 14.5 kg a Week


Ugh. I feel your pain. Did your eyes bug out when you saw the scale light up? You knew it was going to be bad, but you didn't expect 13, I'll bet. Probably 4 or 5 of that is water... Well, you'll nail it back down now. I know you will. Take care, Bill.

I'm used to it. Whenever I eat out more than two or three days in a row, I pack it on. Much of it from yesterday was wine and beer. So I can't see it sticking around. Going to eat very lightly (600 calories or so per day) until Saturday. Going to eat that day and then do it again until the 25th. Then will enjoy the Thanksgiving week. Looks like I'll have to plan it out like this forever, but I'm ok with that.
