I said if I ever went back over my goal by five pounds I would just have to stop eating. Obviously, that isn't sustainable. (Insert grim chuckle here) :) I need to get to work, and I know what works for me. I just have to do it!
68.2 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, guys! I am so grateful for you all! I "earned" the gain. Now I get to earn the loss. I was at this weight a couple months after covid started up. I fought it down and managed to stay fairly stable for a long time. I have to focus again. Being accountable really helps!

60pack, thank you so much, man! I do think I'm not feeling that great for many reasons. I know it isn't an excuse, but this is the hardest time of the year. I tried a full spectrum therapy light a few weeks ago, but I sent it back because I got really bad headaches. I just need spring!!!!! I'm trying to get outside any possible opportunity if by chance the sun is shining. It has been a long, tough year for all of us! 🤗

Hahah! Atriel, I do so miss my flowers! You are so sweet! I think I must be really weird, but I sit looking at my bushes figuring out where is will make the cuts when it is finally time to do my hard spring pruning. I can't wait to cut away the old branches and watch the new growth! Early March I hope! 🤞 We will have rain a lot until July usually, but in May we often get sunny days. The days are getting longer! Yay!

Hey, girl! Just saying hi. 💗 I am not worried for you. You are a pro at maintaining even when you don't seem to think so and the fact that you are concerned about it- just means you will get back at it. Keep walking and taking duck pics and the sunshine will be back soon. (So much for just saying hi).

Try buying the Vitamin D supplements. Pretty cheap, won't hurt, and I will arrange for the days to get slightly longer for you.

It doesn't sound weird at all! The Husband used to do bonsai so a lot of his time was spent in contemplation and planning, especially in Winter. I kind of preferred the trees without foliage because I love seeing the underlying structure.

Thanks, LC! Going hungry is only sustainable short term for sure! 😁 I do like fasting one a couple times a month, but I am not a fan of being hungry! 😁 Thank you, Princess! You know my struggles so well. I know it will get better. I just have to focus and work hard for what I know will help me. I just hate not being where I should be.... So frustrating that I don't have the discipline and self-control to make good choices all the time. Thank you for believing in me! ❤️

Katsolo! I am so glad you can make the days longer! I'm counting on you! 😁 I do take a vit d supplement, but maybe I need to use more. Atriel2, you get it! 😁 When I told Princess about how I dream gazing at my rose brushes, she didn't think I was too odd either, so I'm hanging onto that! ❤️

Becky, I am not happy with myself. Gah... Just annoyed totally. But, I see hope in the future. I have a new job exactly next to where we met. So I'm right by the lake trail and Planet Fitness for when I start going to work out again in a few weeks. I'm really hoping things will turn around soon! ❤️ Thank you! 🤗
