Down to 214.1 after another fast day and a wake up. Ate a lot of Cold Eaze lozenges and some Emergen-C vitamin C drink mix last night which probably added lots of sugar and calories. Just had organic cereal for breakfast and will juice for lunch, followed by a nice dinner out tonight before we see Sister Act at the Kennedy Center. Praying that my cold medicine keeps me going...
