Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Jan 22-28:

Weigh-in: gain due to lots of junk food on 3 days. Sigh. Talked to nutritionist about it; obesity doc appointment in 2 weeks.

Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 2/7 days YTD: 28.6% (8/28days)

No Junk Food: 4/7 days YTD: 60.7% (17/28days)

<Year Goal: 80% on both cardio & no junk food>

Tough week. Grey & cold. Haven't got into my groove yet. Back to my basics plan & work that plan!

Motivation: May long weekend in 16 weeks! See ya next week! :)
