Down to 219.0 after a fasting day and a 400 calorie workout. Doing juice for dinner and we'll see if that will hold me for the night.

Thanks, friends. Lost .2 more overnight. Will try to duplicate yesterday's intake and exercise today. Will do this until I plateau. Trying to get back to 213 at least before November 1.
