Lost a bit more on fast day two. Will add some food tomorrow, but will aim for 700-750 calories. Split up the remaining vacation candy among my kids tonight and will ship tomorrow.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 46.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job packing up the candy and shipping it out. Maybe the expense and effort will tell you not to buy it in the first place? LOL I can't have it in the house. I finished the last that I had brought back from Scotland, the house is clear of everything except protein bars and I generally don't go overboard on them. Hope today's weigh in is good. And you are a good pal, appreciate your support :)
