Down to 219.1 after a 'fast' day that ended up having additional calories at dinner. Still topped out at about 1000 something and it was all good stuff. Got my juicer yesterday so will begin to include that into the mix. Don't think I'm ready for a 10 day juice fast or anything, but may consider trying one day a week.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 48.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
