I wanted to lose at least 3 lbs a week so I am disappointed with just 2 lbs. I shouldn't be upset because I am eating a balance of foods. Not cutting out food groups except "the whites" such as potatoes, rice, regular bread. I didn't have any whole wheat bread or whole wheat pasta this week to see if there was a difference from last week. Maybe next week will be better.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
