Down to 220.9 after fast day one this week. Going to add some calories today, and then fast tomorrow. Will alternate this week to get my average daily intake down to 1500 per day.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 47.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think there's something to the fluctuation of calorie intake. I had a couple of high calorie days and then found this morning that I had lost some weight, when I had expected that I had gained weight. Keeping your body wondering what's going on (or whatever) seems to work. And it is nice to have a splurge. Thanks.

Thanks,SW! I agree, but I may have gone a bit overboard today. My buddy Dennis, who plays the lottery religiously, actually hit for 1000 bucks today. So, being a great friend, he came over to take Denise and me out to Outback for dinner to celebrate. I probably went a bit overboard (don't know yet because I haven't totaled it up). But I had planned to eat a bit more today anyway, and then fast (600 calories) again tomorrow. Gonna do that until I hit my 1500 calorie per day average. My first seven days of the month were somewhere between a little above my target to WAY above my target. Got to get back on track. Thanks for the support! bp

Hi Isabel! The night out was followed by a return home to visit and play some Scrabble. Of course, once the 'eating' trigger is turned on with the extra carbs (and a few drinks), then it continues. I ended up at 3226 for the day. But then I did a 600 cal day yesterday. Will do about 1200 or so today and then 600 again tomorrow. Will alternate until I get to my 1500 calorie per day average. | In other news, I watched two great movies that have me convinced that I should add vegetable juicing to my regimen. I will be investigating that as a periodic cleanse and jump start. Glad you are back but so glad you had such a wonderful vacation. I think the way you did it should be the model.
