A new low at 217.5 after a fasting day (about 670 calories). Will eat more tomorrow. Going to try to limit to one fasting day per week for a few weeks and see how it goes. Worked out for 366 calories and did another 211 calories walking around all day.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 48.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
