I didn't do any tennis on the wii this week because of a stomach problem from it last week. And it shows. Very disappointed only lost one pound even though I did do low impact exercises and small weight lifting. I did watch my calories so I expected better results. Hopefully next week will show more progress.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
