OK... now we're cookin'. New low at 218.3 and blood sugar 94. Had a low cal day and a 355 calorie workout, plus 165 other calories per my pedometer!
99.0 kg Lost so far: 48.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
