Got a 219.7 pre-dinner weigh in. Went low cal today (not quite fasting) with a 355 calorie workout and 150 other calories of exercise. Blood sugar 107 but I forgot and ate 10 grapes before taking the reading.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 47.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
