Once again, could not crack a new low today. Ate a bunch last night to try to get my bod moving. Had some success, but ended up being a wash in terms of weight loss. Going to a friend's house for a party tonight so will eat more than usual (typical party food). Got two days at the drag strip this weekend. I will be on my feet and walking around for at least eight hours each day so that will help. Will take lots of fruit to keep me going. Have a great weekend!
