Ate just a few over target but lots of protein. Scored a 220.0 weigh in. Interesting.

Good morning, wonder what the weight is today. Eating too much protein shouldn't cause too much damage, it's the cheesecakes you gotta watch out for :)

Yes. What I found interesting is that eating more protein and fewer carbs let me lose weight, despite doing over my calorie total a bit. I gained a bit this morning, but I had two pretty big meals yesterday and have not fully 'processed' them if you get my drift.

Gottcha :) Hoping for a loss this morning then. I'm down perhaps half a pound - kinda frustrated 'cause I can't eat much less. Thinking I need to have a good blow out for a day or two to give my body the impression that I'm not starving then start again but it's taken me so long to start losing I'm kinda scared to do that.

That's what always works for me, but I'm bigger and seem to have a wider leeway on those things. I hate to say it, but have you considered adding a bit of safer carbs like veggies or fruit? Maybe that's what your bod wants. I don't know but I'm puzzled at the difficulty you're having while basically doing everything right. No more weight loss for me even after a modest 1100 calorie day. Going into fasting day one today so something will break loose.
