Let's try this again. First one did not record. Had a nice 'whoosh effect' loss overnight after a low cal, high protein day (with no workout) and a few scotches. Down to 220.6 from 223.3 overnight. Very pleased with the rapid weight loss after my vacation last week.
100.1 kg Lost so far: 47.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I'm good, just surfing the net, research stuff, IF, Mark's Daily Apple, etc. Had a good day at sister's. Also had a few drinks though I didn't intend to. It's all good.
