Low cal day but no further weight loss. Will hope for a little more in the morning. Had a nice 375 calorie workout. Also great blood sugar reading of 95.

I'm sure you will be down in weight tomorrow, I can be a pound down overnight (from what I weigh when I go to bed) I think I weigh too often - lol. Obsessed, not me! Glad your blood sugar was good, 'cause that's important for so many things.

Thanks. I've been doing better in the mornings lately. If I dip to 223 something, I should get my green bar back. Ready to push this baby over the finish line!
