Fast day and. 352 calorie workout have me heading in the right direction.

I suspected that when I let my bod get a chance to catch up that I would be back around what I was a few days ago. Now that I'm where I was on JULY 4, I should be able to get busy again!

Hi. Nice job! I dropped another half pound this morning. I was happy that my fast and workout went fine yesterday. Body seemed to pick right up where we left off two weeks ago. Have a great day!
