Last day of big eating to round out our 'Lost August'... dropped 2.5 today to hit 231.1. Hope to lose more than 10 lbs. this month as much of this weight was recently packed on. Let's see how we do.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Back to business today, both work and diet! I am HAPPY to report 190 lb today. Can you hear the band playing in the background :) Hope work is easy and hope you can put family issues out of your mind for a while.
