My weight on Oct. 20th was a guess and not accurate weight was most likely 226.8 or there about. Slept a lot last night my machine said 8 hrs and 41 minutes which is an awful lot for me and really rare as I usually get between 5 and 7 hours usually. I am trying to reduce my sugar intake by reducing it in my coffee, Also, watching my carbs and will begin actively to reduce their intake as well as I am trying to reduce my blood sugar levels too Next is to get my B?P lowered to below 130/80 and increase exercise. We are moving by Dec. 04 2020 where? we don't know yet. It will be a new beginning of a new chapter so I intend to charge other parts of my life and getting healthier and fitter is in the plan. My goal is to lose about 100 lbs. Next goal is to be able to walk 1 mile then up to 5 miles without problems QID.
