First weigh in after a week away traveling on vacation. Actually not as bad as I had feared after absolutely overeating on each day of my travels. Up to 228.7 but will do some fasting today until dinner to try to get back on track. One more week of vacation and will get serious again after Labor Day.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 43.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 1.8 kg a Week


It's hard BP, to get back to fasting. I am trying to only eat one meal a day this week, well with almonds or something thrown in sometime in the pm if I get desperate and it's not easy after indulging all last week. Sigh. But I know we can do this. Your vacation seems to be lasting a long time :) As you say back to 'serious' after labour day. I'm not waiting that long, I'm trying 'now' - sick of serious though :)

Yep. After Labor Day no significant cheating and absolutely back under my calorie goals. Right now I'm at about 1900 per day and not enough days in August to catch up. A fun 'lost month' but back on track in September.
