Week of fun eating with my daughter in town with predictable results at 227.5. Got the rest of August to try to mitigate! Had fun in Ohio with a nice Chef Salad at lunch (which, let's face it, is essentially a huge sub sandwich without the bread). And then we shared Black Forest Cake and Carrot Cake for dessert... got Emily moved into her apartment and then we went out to see Galen play in his band at a fun little bar called the Village Idiot in Maumee, Ohio. Had four beers there, two taquitos, and then four pieces of AMAZING pizza. So, yeah, 3300 calories later, Saturday is done. On to a better Sunday!
103.2 kg Lost so far: 44.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Yes, it was way lighter at 1378 calories, but my sister Nancy and I had some amazing food at one of her favorite places, the Luxe Grill in Cleveland. We had an assortment of appetizers for lunch and that was pretty much it for the day. Had a banana and a Starbucks for breakfast. Then a single malt, a small banana, and a piece of dark chocolate to wrap up the day. That worked out great. On my own today while she works so I will be in good shape! Have a great week!
