Been reading about the 'whoosh' of sudden weight loss up here on FatSecret. Well, just experienced one. Went from 224.0 to 221.9 after a nice low cal (but not totally fasting) day. Did a 383 calorie workout, too.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Geez, nice! Congrats. I ate stupid things today BUT kept my RDI at ~ 1200 so should see a drop by Monday as I said before:) Good job on the low cal day, especially when you worked from home. I tend to graze more when I'm at home so kudos pal. Enjoy the rest of the evening. I got my walk in, about 300 cals approx so I'm a happy sweaty girl - yuk, eh? Ciao. Wish there was a way to get rid of the default stuff, like sleeping and resting, etc and just show the work-out totals - sigh.

Ah, you're doing great! Enjoy life. I'm even making myself like my treadmill action. I put on music and close my eyes until the song is over. When it is, I peek at the time and calories burned. That way, I knock out my 32 minute walk in 3-8 minute chunks. I do tend to graze during the day, but I try to keep it fruit and veggies. Nighttime is my problem and I'm hitting the snacks a bit tonight. But they are grapes, sweet peppers, and OK, a Weight Watchers ice cream bar and a Long Island Iced Tea. Hey, never said I was a saint! ;)

Long Island Iced Tea - OMG - haven't one in years. Tart and refreshing and oh so good. If I keep up this walking I may invest in a treadmill. I walk the neighbourhood with an iphone app - mapmywalk - and I just love it. And yes we are doing okay, you and I. I just want it - now - lol. I stopped at a friends mid walk and had a chat and a wee rum and diet - so yes I am enjoying life :)

LOL - you are definitely on! Does Denise enjoy a wee tipple? I think we would have a ball! I get the feeling we would be good mates in peson too :) Sorry no weight loss for you today. I am having drinks at my sisters today as I do most Saturdays, not sure what that does to my weight loss journey but it is what it is - its a difficult situation to say 'no' to as I am at a Legion but food choices today aren't going to be bad, I tend to eat the same stuff on the week-ends if I am not going 'out', keeps me on track, otherwise I would eat everything that wasn't nailed down :)

Sounds great. I think you are doing everything you can be doing. Your body will do what it does. You know you are doing well, despite what shows up on the scale... so enjoy! Yes, Denise will have a drink now and then, but one of us usually stays good enough to drive (but usually it's her!)

My husband doesn't drink more than one beer mostly so is the DD all the tine thankfully so I can indulge without worry. On way home from sisters now. 4 rum and diet Pepsi OMG. But happy:). Hope your day is going good. Ciao

Nice. I had a good one. Em's boyfriend is vegan so Denise made us some burgers, potato salad, and baked beans before they get here. It was super, but I topped out at 2200 calories after 1800 plus yesterday. Will take it easy tomorrow, at least until the kids get here!
