Lost another half pound today to hit 225.0. Had delicious jerk chicken and sweet potatoes from the grill. Thanks, Denise! Also, indulged with a Sam Adams Belgian Session beer. Cheers!

Thanks, Is! But it's sobering to think I just today achieved again what I did on July 4! Lesson learned... I do these big spikes every so often to remind myself I'm not invincible!

True BP, some lessons are hard to learn, hard to know you 'wasted' a month but you had fun doing it right and life is too short to sweat the small stuff, so I hear. So go forth and be a loser and have a happy Friday.
