Whoa! Okay, so I took a dieting break for two days. KFC, tequila and a couple chocolate bars did some major damage to my buffer. Time to make repairs. 🔨👷🔧

Thanks, gsn fan. I'm back on the rails today. 🚂. I've already started logging my meals, planning what I'll eat today. It may take me a few days to recover from this one, but I'm on it.

I had so much fun, Melissa! I was having a nip of tequila while playing some cool games in VR (Virtual Reality) when Kevin brought out all these little assorted chocolate bars, like you get for Halloween. He must have been hiding them somewhere. I had way more of those than I should have, but I had a great time. You haven't lived until you VR in an RV with chocolate and Jose Cuervo.

I've learned (mainly watching you and my own self) that when we make a lifestyle change the body grows a new memory. so even fluctuations like this are no big deal because they're not the norm anymore. your awesome Lonnie. I appreciate you. your doing great.

Sounds like you had an awesome time. Fantastic! You've got this. "paying the piper" won't be so hard. As mentioned, KFC is literally soaked with saltiness. Water weight will slosh right out :)

Yes, I'm right back on track, Sweet_Marie. It's also pretty great that I don't have a hangover. Mixing alcohol and sugar can be devastating. I musta got the proper dosage though, because I feel great! 🙂
