I always said after kiddos #1&2 that my happy place was around 122. I had more energy and get better about how my clothing fit at that weight. Now I think I prefer 118-120 after my 3rd. I’m afraid much lower and my energy would be lagging. Do you find you have more or less energy lower or higher than your ‘happy place’? 

Lonnie, I know how you feel, hubby eats whatever and I weigh, measure etc....but, it gets the job done!!

You're so good at maintenance! I have to watch my husband snack on all the yummy things, too! He doesn't flaunt it on purpose, but it really tests my will power.
