Bet you are. And you have a good calorie day left to enjoy with Denise when she gets home tomorrow night, to round out the month. You should be at goal, our end goal, very soon. I could have been there myself but I've dicked around, a lot, and continue to dick around but life gets in the way doesn't it, and I keep saying life is for living. I can't stop living while I try to lose weight. It will come, s-l-o-w-l-y - LOL

Slow and steady wins the race. My goal is 180-190 by Christmas. That is slower weight loss than I've done already, but I expect it to get a bit harder as I get closer.
