Down to a new low at 221.9 after fast day two. A few beers today at a baseball game but will load up on two bananas before I go so that I don't have to eat any of the crap at the park.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
