Yes! Anything under 172 pounds is the fun zone, Sherrye, but I'm gonna take it easy for a while. Although I'll take a break from logging every morsel of food I eat, I'm not going out to gorge myself on a big treat. 🙂

I love the term "fun zone" for reaching the blue color code. Great job. Inspiring. It's good to know you are able to maintain your goals with a less intense focus on food management.

Thank you, JovialJ! It's a wonderful break getting away from logging and measuring all the food I eat. I still have a few rules I keep in force while I'm in the fun zone though. I still weigh myself everyday, and I still don't eat anything after 6 pm. I still always choose whole wheat products whenever possible, and I still limit my use of artificial sweeteners. I've been successful at maintaining my weight since June 1st that way, so it appears to be a good plan.
