OK... new low to START the week. That's good. I just found out I have a farewell luncheon on Wednesday and a baseball game on Thursday. I'd better start my weekly fast tomorrow, one day early. Weight 223.9 and blood sugar 105. All's good.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Wow, a new low despite the drinkies over the week-end. Fasting really works for you. And good idea to start the fasting early to compensate for the two fun things this week. Sorry I have been MIA but you know the reasons. All seems well now though. You have done remarkably well Bill and you make it look easy :) 101 lb - yikes, that's a person!
