Woo hoo. Back to my all time (recent) low after day two of my weekly fast. Maybe more by the morning? Blood sugar 112 but I forgot to measure and had 40 blueberries before I measured! Better try again tomorrow.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 45.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Congrats on another new low! Blood sugar not so good but hope it was a temporary spike from the berries. Looking forward to seeing what your numbers are today.

No joy in Mudville this morning as I was up half a pound. Been working on a huge project at work so did not get a chance to work out the last two days. Should see a new low before dinner tonight (and a better sugar reading). Enjoy your day off!
