Thanks to you all for your support. I always feel badly when my choices allow for the scale to spike up. I try to keep it level and remain tightly in control all the time. Posting my weight daily sure isn't fun sometimes... well the recovery days when the arrow is down is fun, but I feel like a disappointment to myself and my heroes here when I wobble in my maintenance. Well, I guess we aren't losers if we keep fighting! I am so thankful for you all!
