Always a routine or close to it for back. Too many faves. Gotta cut myself off on back day or I'd really be here two hours. No time to talk, sucka.

lol. u guys r funny. I ask my kids Everytime we get in the truck why do we say? LETS RIDE HOMIE!! they're too easily influenced. have a great workout DP. no more chucking horse crap. that's messy.

Workout was awesome. Just ate a bunch of carbs and protein and entered my calories now I need to motivate myself to get off the couch and go to work. The later I go, the later I have to stay. Have a great day!

Thanks, Melissa. My legs and glutes are sore and doing back today may push me back into the 180's. Guess it's worth it to have muscle.😉
