Up a few after a weekend of pretty robust eating and drinking, especially late after long days of eating light. Still, didn't really blow the calorie total. Oh well, going to do another nice dinner out today for my wife Denise's birthday, then back to the grind.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Morning, I see you light is on, is anyone home :) I'm at work and started so checking every so often. Hope you enjoyed your week-end. I am always glad to get back to the routine of work - kinda sad I suppose but I enjoy my job and that is good.
