Yeah - what's your point? Still gotta do it. Does end up being less chest and more tris and shoulders by the end of it. I think I hate it because it's impossible for me to push with my chest. I don't feel it. I can't make that connection. I hate it. Thanks for reminding me. Luckily I did it and I'm good until Thursday. 😉

A ❤️ because I do ❤️ it! So fun! Shoulders and triceps and back and biceps are my fave...then legs...then chest. The thing about lifting is the more you do it, the more you want to do it. Idk about joffrey...probably named Ned, not joffrey. Ned was his fave.
