Week 53 More than happy with a 2lb loss. Reached another small goal now onto the next. 10lb away from my overall goal. Keep the faith and Onwards and downwards!
104.3 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
