Sometimes beauty in life comes unexpectedly! This sunflower was "planted" in my rose garden by a bird. At least that is what I assume! Last night, just as the sun was going down, I took this picture. No flash, filter, or lighting adjustment! I love flowers!

Thank you! I was really excited to share this picture. The sunflower fully opened yesterday and is so close to the pink rose! The setting sun was exactly right to highlight only the flowers!

Thank you! And, Chris, you have to treat the birds very well by feeding them the sunflower seeds. Then they will reward you! Our squirrels are dreadfully lazy and do no good whatsoever! They are purely ornamental! :)
