Had a perfect day yesterday. Ate ONLY the things I was supposed to, and not in excess. VERY pleased that I got in six cups of water! I still drank two cans of Diet Coke, but I'm still happy with myself. Not going to concentrate on the exercise YET. Want to get the "dieting" portion down to where it becomes a HABIT again. Day #1 = success, hallelujah!!!

Good for you! It’s hard to break the soda habit. Slowly is best...I’ve done it many of times...never easy...best part is when I do I usually lose some extra weight in the beginning.

I have to manage my coffee intake, total addict, even though it's just black. I have a deal with myself, 20 oz coffee, 20 oz water. Repeat. Works for me! Sometimes I even drink MORE water by accident!
