Gained a bit more over the last week. Changed it up for the rest of the month. Alternating 1000 and 1700 calorie days. Fasting until late afternoon or early evening each day. Trying to maximize protein, but not to the extent that it takes me over calorie goals.
104.9 kg Lost so far: 42.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
