Had my massive Mexican dinner on Saturday, then a mini fast day on Sunday to pay for it, and then a 1400 cal start to the month. Paid off with a new low of 228.2 to start the week. Now two fast days followed by a nice 4th of July celebration on Thursday!
103.5 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week


Congrats on the drop. You seem to have this figured out as in you can eat what you like as long as you moderate the other days. Simple really, why did it take us to long to figure it out? Guess its like an 'indulgence day' of sorts, but without being planned. I like sponteneity (?sp and it's good to know that you can let go whenever the need arises and then back to basics for a few days. Appreciate your comments on my journal Bill :)
